The studio is charmingly furnished and features a small, renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom was renovated in the spring of 2022. From the outdoor seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains.
The direct location at the Laax Murschetg valley station, with a wide range of activities for both adults and children, as well as various bars and restaurants, provides the perfect setting for a carefree holiday in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this property. Wi-Fi and digital TV are provided free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Additionally, a reserved parking spot in the underground garage is included. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. The final cleaning fee is included in the total price.

Für die Endreinigung werden unverschämte 230.- Franken verlangt. Als wäre das nicht schlimm genug wird einem aufgetragen die Betten abzuziehen, den Kühlschrank auszuwischen und auszukehren. Das passt leider nicht zusammen.
