NEW: The apartment now offers the added convenience of its own electric car charging station. "Fair Use" policy: you can fully charge your vehicle one to two times a week.

This stylishly furnished studio apartment (*** / 37 m²) is located on the top floor of a well-maintained multi-family house near the Laax mountain lifts. It combines modern comfort with alpine charm: exposed wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of natural light create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable foldaway bed with a continuous mattress (160 x 200 cm), a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, and a tasteful dining area. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views.
The open, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for enjoyable cooking moments: a ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.
