Equipment and special features of the apartment
Modern studio in a spacious complex near the Laax Murschetg valley station. The apartment has a king size bed as well as a single sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. On the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day in the mountains of Graubünden.
In addition you have access to heated indoor pool (15x 7.5m), in summer a heated outdoor pool (19x 7.5m) with a sunbathing lawn. In the wellness area there is a community sauna, a ladies sauna, and a well-equipped fitness room. Two tennis courts are also available in summer.
Smoking is not allowed at Studio Rancho 446. Wifi and digital TV are free of charge and an outside parking place is reserved for you. The beds will be made before your arrival, hand towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are available for use and the final cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located in Laax Uletsch, not far from the Laax Murschetg base station. The base station is easy to reach by bus or by foot in just a few minutes. The bus station is only about 200m away from the apartment. Restaurants and shopping facilities are only a few metres away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
