The tastefully furnished 2.5 room holiday flat was renovated in 2022 and is the ideal starting point for an active holiday in the destination Flims/Laax/Falera. Located near to the golf club Buna Vista Golf Sagogn. From the spacious living and dining room you can access the south-facing balcony with a fantastic natural view. A fully equipped kitchen where your favourite meals can be cooked just at home. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom with shower / WC leaves nothing to be desired. A communal sauna provides relaxation after an eventful day. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this flat. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge, and a parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. The beds are freshly made before your arrival, hand towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are available for use. Linen and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The flat is located in the centre of Sagogn. The local shops are just 200 metres from the apartment and the bus stop Vitg Dadens is only a few minutes.
There are 6 golf courses within an hour. (Sagogn, Alvaneu, Brigels, Domat/Ems, Lenzerheide, Sedrun).
Take the opportunity to visit a really special golf course in Sagogn. All the holes blend in harmoniously with the idyllic countryside and offer a wonderful view across the Alps from Laax to Ilanz and towards the Oberalp Pass. Take a look around as you play, and spot 12 church towers of the area and the peaks of the Surselva. These natural and man-made landmarks give your game a relaxing atmosphere and the thrill of the unfamiliar at the same time.
