Equipment and special features of the apartment The renovated and beautiful 3.5-room apartment is located in the attic of a multi-family house in a quiet area, yet directly at the Laax valley station (Ski-in/Ski-out). The bright apartment, featuring stylish oak parquet, includes a wardrobe in the entrance area, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, and another large bedroom with two single beds—each of which can be extended into a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and WC. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge with freezer is open to the dining area and living room. On the sunny, covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the garden area. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available for free. The sauna is located in the building next door (coin-operated). The indoor pool with a sunbathing area can be accessed via the underground garage. An elevator takes you to the basement, where you'll find the ski room, laundry room with drying room, and washing machine/tumble dryer (coin-operated). A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in an apartment building 5 minutes walk from the Laax mountain railways. The south-facing balcony with sun loungers invites you to relax. In the master bedroom is a double bed (180x200). In the children's room there is a self-made bunk bed for up to 3 people. The open kitchen is very well equipped and the round dining table with bench seat can seat 5 people. For safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used. The indoor swimming pool with direct access through the parking garage. The sauna is located in the basement. In addition to the location directly at the valley station in Laax, there is a wide range of activities for young and old, including a crèche with a special children's programme and loving all-day care, as well as various bars and great restaurants - the best conditions for carefree holidays in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
