Our lovingly furnished 3.5-room apartment, with plenty of local wood, is located on the third floor of a multi-family house, just a few minutes from the Laax cable cars – the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.
With 2 bedrooms and space for up to 5 people, it’s ideal for families.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The children’s room features a beautiful, handcrafted bunk bed for up to 3 people.
The open kitchen is well-equipped, leaving nothing to be desired, allowing you to prepare meals comfortably. The dining area with a round table and bench seats can accommodate 5 people. For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used.
The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and offers a lovely view of the surrounding mountain landscape. For refreshment, there is access to a communal pool, which you can share with other guests.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected during your stay. A private parking space is also available for you.

The renovated and beautiful 3.5-room apartment is located in the attic of a multi-family house in a quiet area, yet directly at the Laax valley station (Ski-in/Ski-out). The bright apartment, featuring stylish oak parquet, includes a wardrobe in the entrance area, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, and another large bedroom with two single beds—each of which can be extended into a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and WC. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge with freezer is open to the dining area and living room. On the sunny, covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the garden area.
Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available for free. The sauna is located in the building next door (coin-operated). The indoor pool with a sunbathing area can be accessed via the underground garage. An elevator takes you to the basement, where you'll find the ski room, laundry room with drying room, and washing machine/tumble dryer (coin-operated).
