Modern two bed room apartment in Laax Cons! Spend your holiday in a modern, spacious apartment with numerous highlights. One bedroom with a double bed, TV and en suite bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. Let end eventful days in a relaxed atmosphere in front of the crackling fireplace in the cozy living room. The steam shower in the second bathroom provides additional relaxation. Not only professional, also hobby chefs get inspired by the well-equipped, large kitchen and spoil the family with tasty meals. On the balcony, there is also a grill for a barbeque.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in Casa Mutta. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine as well as a dryer are available in the apartment, two parking spaces are reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Location and environment

The house is located in Laax Cons, not far from the Laax Murschetg base station. The local shuttle bus stops about 200m from the apartment (only in winter), shopping facilities are about 1000m and the Laax Murschetg base station 1500m away.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland. In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
