Charming one bedroom apartment in Flims village! Enjoy your holidays in this quietly located apartment with a view of the Grisons mountains! The apartment has a bedroom with one double bed and a single bunk bed as well as a bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen is open towards the dining- and living room. A breakfast at the handmade Swiss pine wood bench makes you ready for a day filled with adventure. Did you know that Swiss pine wood accelerates the relaxation? In the garden an eventful day in the mountains can end wonderfully.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN are free of charge and an outdoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen is put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The bus stop "Flims Dorf, Fussweg Caglims" is a few metres away from the apartment in Via las Pleuncas, the Flims base station and shopping facilities are around 1.3 and 0.7 kilometres respectively away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Bratpfannen befinden sich in der Schublade unter dem Backofen, diese wurde jetzt vom Eigentümer beschriftet. Die Lampen wurden ebenfalls neu eingestellt, damit sie heller sind.
