Beautiful one bedroom appartment in Falera! Enjoy your holidays in this quietly located appartment with a view of the Grisons mountains! The appartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and is fully equipped.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN are free of charge and an outdoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen is put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The shopping possibility is 350 metres and the valley station of the mountain railways 600 metres away from the appartment. The stop of the winter shuttle bus is only a 2-minute walk away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
