Beautiful one bedroom apartment in Flims village! Spend your holiday in this quiet and partly renovated holiday apartment with a view of the Grisons mountains! In the bright apartment you will find an open and fully equipped kitchen with living room and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. On the balcony, which is sunny all day, an eventful holiday in the mountains can end wonderfully.
Smoking not allowed in the apartment. Dogs are welcome. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge and an outdoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Le service offert par Laax-Homes a été très bon (disponibilités - infos pour accéder à l'appartement - clés). La variété des activités proposées à Flims et les descriptifs (dépliants) mis à disposition sont très bien. Les supermarchés (particulièrement la Coop) permettent de trouver tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le magasin Beat Sports est très bien fourni et offre de bonnes prestations. |

Il n'est pas forcément facile pour nous de devoir comprendre toutes les informations en allemand. Nous avons perdu pas mal d'énergie avec la gestion des déchets (trouver les endroits pour déposer autre chose que des poubelles et du verre n'a pas été possible à Flims, pour votre information il est possible d'acheter des sacs poubelles à l'unité à l'office du tourisme, mais nous n'avons pas trouvé de lieu à Flims pour trier les déchets. Le prix de location de l'appartement est tout à fait correct, par contre nous avons trouvé que le supplément pour les autres prestations (nettoyage et administration était assez élevé. Pour votre information l'appartement ne possède pas de lave-vaisselle. Comparé à d'autres endroits que nous avons visité aux Grisons et en Suisse, les réductions offertes par la carte de séjour ne sont pas très intéressantes et le coût des activités et remontées mécaniques sont élevés, nous n'aurions pu faire aucune activités si nous étions venu en famille (trop cher).
