It features three double bedrooms, all with double beds. A beautiful, bright, and cozy living room with a very comfortable lounge and fireplace awaits you. The dining area is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are provided free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Additionally, two reserved parking spots in the underground garage are included. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. The final cleaning fee is included in the total price.

The apartment in Laax is located directly at the Laax Murschetg valley station. The Rocksresort, offering great shopping, restaurants, and bars, is just a five-minute walk from the apartment. The ski lifts are only a short downhill run from the property.

Für den doch ziemlich hohen Preis darf man einen zeitgemässen Backofen, Geschirrspühler und Mikrowelle erwarten. Das Mobiliar ist offensichtlich ziemlich abgenutzt und es sieht so aus wie wenn seit Jahren nicht mehr in die Wohnung investiert wurde.see more

Beautiful and Quietly Located 4.5-Room Apartment (71 m²) – Just a Few Steps from the Laax Mountain Lifts
This tastefully and high-quality furnished apartment impresses with its peaceful location and immediate proximity to the mountain lifts. The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the dining table with bench and three chairs offers the perfect place for cozy shared meals.
The bright living area includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi, and opens directly onto the spacious south-facing balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers, making it the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom also features a double bed along with a wardrobe. The bathroom, renovated in autumn 2025, includes a washbasin, a shower, and a toilet.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated), as well as storage facilities for skis, snowboards, and bicycles.
