Masterbedroom beds are too short. 190cm is not enough for many guests. On top the two mattresses next to one another have such a big gap that sleeping across them is just as uncomfortable.

Praktisch überall in der Wohnung entdeckt man mit der Zeit kleine Mängel und Beschädigungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht! Die Wohnung ist dringend renovationsbedürftig!!

This charming 2.5-room apartment (42.5 m²) is centrally located in Laax-Murschetg, just a few minutes' walk from the cable cars. It is ideal for couples, small families, or active individuals who want to enjoy the diverse leisure opportunities in the Grisons Alps in both summer and winter.
The apartment convinces with its open spatial design and a bright, friendly ambience. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed, while the seating group in the living room can be easily transformed into two additional sleeping spaces.
