Equipment and special features of the apartment
Modern studio in a spacious complex near the Laax Murschetg valley station. The holiday apartment features a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom and kitchen were newly renovated in the fall of 2024.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient cooking. On the balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun after an active day in the Grisons mountains.
Additionally, you have access to the spa area. The heated indoor pool (15x7.5m) is open daily until 10:00 PM. The heated outdoor pool is available during the summer months, also until 10:00 PM. The pool, completely renovated in 2017, is located in the spacious park grounds of Rancho. The large lawn invites various activities. The elegant sauna (90°C) is open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Sauna towels are not provided. The on-site fitness and training room, as well as the two tennis courts (summer), are also included in the rental price.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment Rancho 445. Wifi and Digital TV are provided free of charge, and an outdoor parking space is reserved for you. The beds are freshly made before your arrival, hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided, and the final cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located in Laax Uletsch, just a short distance from the Laax Murschetg valley station. The station can easily be reached by bus or in just a few minutes on foot. The bus stop is approximately 200 meters from the apartment. Shops, bars, and restaurants are just a few steps away.
