The bright living area is tastefully furnished with a dining table and four elegant leather chairs, a sofa bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a comfortable armchair, and a stylish display cabinet. For entertainment, a radio/CD player, TV, and Wi-Fi are available. From the living room, you can step directly onto the sunny south-facing patio, which is equipped with a table, chairs, and a sunshade – ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a practical wardrobe and is separated from the living room by a sliding door, providing both privacy and an open, spacious feel. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and the fireplace may not be used.
In the basement of the building, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated). There is also safe storage space for skis, snowboards, and bicycles. Guests may additionally use the shared indoor swimming pool, which is accessible through the underground garage. In the neighboring building “Guraletsch,” you will also find a coin-operated sauna and a ping-pong table, both available for shared use.

The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the dining table with bench and three chairs offers the perfect place for cozy shared meals.
The bright living area includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi, and opens directly onto the spacious south-facing balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers, making it the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom also features a double bed along with a wardrobe.
