This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet location, but it is still only about 5 minutes walk from the base station in Laax and the Rocksresort with great restaurants and bars.
The apartment has a bright living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator is open to the dining and living room. Covered balcony overlooking the mountains. The living / dining area and the bedroom have parquet flooring. Also available: Lift and Ski storage in basement.
Smoking is not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement. There is one indoor car parking space reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
