Beautiful and Quietly Located 4.5-Room Apartment (71 m²) – Just a Few Steps from the Laax Mountain Lifts

This tastefully and high-quality furnished apartment impresses with its peaceful location and immediate proximity to the mountain lifts. The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the dining table with bench and three chairs offers the perfect place for cozy shared meals.

The bright living area includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV, and Wi-Fi, and opens directly onto the spacious south-facing balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers, making it the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom also features a double bed along with a wardrobe. The bathroom, renovated in autumn 2025, includes a washbasin, a shower, and a toilet.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated), as well as storage facilities for skis, snowboards, and bicycles. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator. The entrance to the underground garage has a clearance height of 1.90 meters.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. The price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and final cleaning, so you will find everything ready for a relaxing stay upon arrival.

The apartment in Laax is quietly located above Laax Murschetg. A small Volg supermarket is just 400 meters away near the Laax mountain lifts, and a Coop Pronto gas station can be reached after about 900 meters. A bus stop with connections to Flims, Chur, and Laax is also only about 400 meters away. The Laax Murschetg valley station with additional shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars is around 1 kilometer from the apartment and can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.

Cosy Holiday Apartment in Laax – Directly on the Ski Slope & Ideal for Families

This modern 66 m² holiday apartment in Laax Murschetg offers space for up to 6 people and is perfect for families. Two bedrooms and a gallery with two beds each provide comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and toaster invites you to cook together. The residence also includes a swimming pool and a sauna (coin-operated) – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.

A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated) is available in the basement. You also benefit from Wi-Fi and a private garage parking space.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and the fireplace must not be used.

Included in the price are freshly made beds, hand and kitchen towels, and the final cleaning – ensuring everything is ready for a relaxing and comfortable stay upon arrival.
