The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine. The bright living area with dining table, corner bench, and three chairs is directly adjacent.
The living room invites you to relax with two leather sofas, a leather armchair, a farmhouse cabinet, TV, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; a second with two bunk beds and a desk; and a very small third bedroom with two single beds (one fold-out) and a wardrobe.
There are two bathrooms: one with a sink, bathtub with shower, and WC, and another with a sink, shower, and WC. Two sunny south-facing balconies offer a magnificent view of the village.
The apartment is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Skis, snowboards, bikes, etc., can be safely stored in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are also available for use (access via key card). A reserved underground parking space and an e-car charging station are provided. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and final cleaning are included in the total price.

This modern 66 m² holiday apartment in Laax Murschetg offers space for up to 6 people and is perfect for families. Two bedrooms and a gallery with two beds each provide comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and toaster invites you to cook together. The residence also includes a swimming pool and a sauna (coin-operated) – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.
A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (both coin-operated) is available in the basement. You also benefit from Wi-Fi and a private garage parking space.
