This cosy 2.5-room apartment is in a quiet location, directly on the edge of the forest and is nevertheless only a 5 minutes' walk away from the valley station in Laax. The apartment is very well equipped and has a sunny terrace with a wonderful view of the Signina summit group. The apartment is ideal for a small family.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. The laundry room is in the cellar. There is a parking space in the underground garage reserved for you. The beds will be freshly covered before your arrival, towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are ready for you. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The location of this apartment is quiet and yet only a 5 minutes' walk from the mountain railways, which makes it an excellent choice. Shopping facilities, a special children's programme, restaurants and bars are also available directly at the valley station in the Rock Resorts complex.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
