Cozy 3.5-Room Holiday Apartment in Laax – Comfort, Charm, and Close to the Mountain Lifts
Enjoy relaxing days in the Grisons Alps – just a few minutes’ walk from the Laax mountain lifts. This lovingly furnished 3.5-room apartment (approx. 60 m², 4 beds) is located on the third floor of a well-maintained multi-family house and offers a perfect combination of alpine charm and modern comfort.
The open kitchen is separated from the living area by practical built-in cupboards and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. The cozy living room features a large dining table for up to six people, a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs, a coffee table, TV, DVD player, and a fireplace – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet, and bidet, while the wood-look tiled floor adds a warm and inviting atmosphere.
On the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The indoor swimming pool in the building is directly accessible through the underground garage, and a sauna is available for a small fee (coin-operated). A reserved parking space in the underground garage is also included.
Please note that there is no elevator. Pets are welcome, but the apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the total price, and the beds are freshly made upon arrival.

Lovely little apartment close to the slopes

We really enjoyed our week at casa laret. The apartment is very well equipped with a new kitchen, new glassware and plenty of cooking utensils. The location to the slopes is perfect with only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Highly recommend.

A few books and board games would be a nice touch. Pillows are not great..very flat. Also oven dishes for cooking as there are only the flat trays.
