Quiet 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic view in Flims village! The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for a family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area, the bathroom has a bathtub and there is a second toilet. A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere and on the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Grisons mountains after an eventful day. You can also use the sauna on the ground floor.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. An underground parking spot is reserved for you, a wash and ski room is located in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is located in Flims village. The bus stop "Flims Dorf, Caglims" is right in front of the house, the valley station Flims as well as shopping facilities are about 1.5 and. 1 kilometer away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Das Bett ist sehr gut und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist modern und der Platz insgesamt ausreichend. Die Aussicht ist gut. Die Außen Rollos funktionieren und machen die Wohnung nachts angenehm dunkel. Esee more

Die Reinigungsgebühr ist extrem hoch. Der Mietpreis für die Wohnung auch, wenn man die Ausstattung bedenkt. Das Sofa ist sicherlich 50 Jahre alt und in der Küche ist alles Kochgeschirr ebenfalls extrem alt und abgenutzt. Für so viel Geld könnte man esee more
