Ein Dampfkochtopf sollte vorhanden sein, das erachte ich als "normale Mindestausstattung". Im Eingangsbereich sollte entweder ein "Schmutzschleusen"-Teppich sein oder ein Teil mit Bodenplatten damit man mit den Schuhen den Bereich betreten kann. Der sehr schmale Garagenparkplatz ist der hinterste, direkt an der Wand, direkt beim Ausgang von Haus A (obwohl man auf der anderen Seite in Haus B ist), das ist umständlich und unlogisch. Man kann nicht gut parkieren. Die Parkplätze sind kreuz und quer vergeben statt logisch und der Reihe nach.
