Quiet holiday flat with panoramic view in Flims Dorf! Casa Sunnerain offers space for 6 people. The 3 bedrooms are divided as follows: a single room and a double room with direct balcony access, as well as a spacious children's room with a single bed and a bunk bed.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen caters for the whole family including friends and has direct access to the covered terrace. The flat dining area offers a fantastic view of Flims. The sports equipment finds enough space in the garage, 2 cars can be parked in front of the house. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. The beds are freshly made before your arrival, hand towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are available for use. Linen and final cleaning are included in the total price.
Location and environment
The holiday flat is located above Flims Dorf in the direction of Fidaz. A varied playground with fireplace and the bus stop Playground Plaids are only a few minutes' walk away. The Flims mountain railways and the Stenna Center with shopping facilities are 1.2 kilometres away.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss freshwater mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
