Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Flims Dorf! Your holiday apartment is fully equipped and modernly furnished. The open kitchen borders on the bright and spacious living area with oak parquet flooring. In the two bedrooms there are one double and two single beds available and the bathroom is equipped with a rain shower.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge, a washing machine and a dryer are in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and environment
The apartment is located in Flims Dorf. The shuttle bus to the Flims base station is right outside of the hosue. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the Stenna Center are about 1 kilometer away from the apartment.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Wohnung ist sehr sehr hellhörig.
Jeder Schritt, jede Toilettenspülung aus der oberen Wohnung sind zu hören .
Etwas Deko, ein paar Gardienen würden die Wohnung gemütlicher machen .
