Amazing Ski-in and ski-out apartment with panoramic view and sauna above Flims! The apartment offers you 4 bedrooms with two double and two bunk beds for a total of 8 people. The spacious and bright living room is tastefully furnished. The fireplace and the large sofa corner provide an additional holiday feeling and comfort. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, the three bathrooms with showers are modern and spacious. After an eventful day in the mountains, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Flims from the large garden seating area and relax in your own sauna.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this house. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the apartment. The ski room has an additional separate entrance for a comfortable start and end of a great ski day as well as a boot dryer. Three indoor parking spots are reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The house is a few hundred meters above the Flims base station, with shops, bars and restaurants. The slope is just a few steps away from the apartment und you can ski directly to the base station and of course ski-in after a great day on the slopes.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
