Beautiful and bright 3.5 room apartment in the middle of Flims. The apartment is luxuriously and stylishly furnished. Has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other a bunk bed, and a separate large bathroom with bathtub. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and dining area. After an eventful day in the mountains, the large seating area with its cosy lounge invites you to relax.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV as well as the SONOS sound system are free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment. There are two car parking spaces reserved for you. One indoor and one outdoor. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop Flims Dorf, Post. Cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Flims base station and the Stenna Center can be reached in about ten minutes.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
